This is a real job?

In need of a way to get involved on a college campus, obtain a job, all while meeting new people, than look no further because  a Resident Advisor is the job for it all. Becoming a resident advisor is no ordinary job for an undergraduate to take on. The role entails days where you will act like a parent teaching freshman how to survive, being a judge settling roomate disputes, learning to be a guidence counselor, and most of all being a friend throughout the residence community. Day to day a resident advisor learns that this is a unique job because of the constant role changes, incidences that arise, and the constant growth they develop.

I am a junior attending the University of Alabama. Currently i am in persuit of getting a undergrad degree in Management. To fill my time besides studying, I am a Resident Advisor working in the lovely dorm that is called Lakeside West.
